Title: The Unexpected Everything
Author: Morgan Matson
Pages: 496 pages
Published: May 3rd, 2016
Genre: Contemporary, YA, Romance
Andie had it all planned out.

When you are a politician’s daughter who’s pretty much raised yourself, you learn everything can be planned or spun, or both. Especially your future.

Important internship? Check.

Amazing friends? Check.

Guys? Check (as long as we’re talking no more than three weeks)

But that was before the scandal. Before having to be in the same house with her dad. Before walking an insane number of dogs. That was before Clark and those few months that might change her whole life.

Because here’s the thing - if everything's planned out, you can never find the unexpected.

And where’s the fun in that?

Preorder now!

Can you believe this? CAN YOU GUYS BELIEVE YOUR EYES? Another Morgan Matson book is coming out and this cover is just so reminiscent of Since You've Been Gone. I can't. I really just can't hold onto this excitement. If you didn't know... I loved loved loved loved Since You've Been Gone. You can find my review here

May is going to be a fantastic month. A Court of Mist and Fury is coming out... and now this book. Let me just tell you guys something. If you're not a huge fan of contemporary romances (like me), Morgan Matson will make you fall in love with the genre. It's mostly the dynamic of her relationships, plot and setting that really shine throughout her novels. I found myself so engrossed in SYBG because of how independent the characters were and how much the main protagonist grew. Here's to another Morgan Matson novel!!

What are you waiting for?

is a book-hoarding, binge-eating anime lover that loves to read and write on her free time. When she hasn't got her head stuck in an enthralling fantasy novel, she's outside collecting rocks or re-organizing her bookshelves for the 100th time. Alex also has nightmares of her TBR pile falling down and crushing her underneath.
