The Sunday Post 2

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme created by Kimba @Caffeinated Book Reviewer

This week was an amazing week. I read some great books; including The Beautiful and the Cursed by Page Morgan. Not only that, I actually got a RT from the author herself AND a tweet! :O It's really nice to see a big time author actually reading my review and liking it :) The fact that she took time out of her busy bestselling-author schedule means A LOT to me. If you think I was telling everyone to read the book before...just wait, because now I'm doubly telling YOU right NOW. Lol. :P You need to read this book!! Check out my review HERE . And then lets talk how sexy gargoyle-guys can be in Ya gothic fiction ;)

I'm going to San Diego for a mini vacation this Labor Day weekend-- so next week is not as scheduled as I'd like. That's why this upcoming week may look a lil slim. But don't worry, to counteract the guilt I feel I'm going to at least 2 bookstores in San Diego and grabbing a SHIT-TON of books. I'm also pretty happy because I received a few books specifically to giveaway! Sweet, huh? So the next giveaway will be the

PS: I'm writing this post before my trip so that's why I say this weekend...when I really mean...this current weekend! Ah sorry *confused*

  1. Pivot Point, YES! The Silent Swan looks super cute.
And I know what you mean about that tweet, it makes my day when author comments on my reviews and tweets. Rachel Harris and Colleen Hoover have both left me starstuck on twitter :O
Enjoy the vacation, I was already jealous at the mention of San Diego but when you mentioned bookstores as well, have to admit I died a little inside! LOL Have a great time!

  2. Ahh, Delirium! I loved that book so much! Reminds me, though, I still have to read Requiem...
Oh, and I'm so jealous you got Pivot Point! I want to read that book so bad! I mean, parallel worlds? I don't even know if there is anything that makes me more excited about a book than...well... parallel worlds :D
    Ha, happy reading :D
